Return & Cancellations

Yes, you can return your order within 7 days of delivery, provided the jewellery is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Customized or personalized items, however, are not eligible for return.

To start a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details. We will guide you through the simple return process.

Return shipping charges may apply unless the item delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, we will bear the return shipping cost.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Yes, orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with images. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
